Google’s AI answers do not need a special schema

Google says there is no special schema.org markup required for AI Overviews or AI Mode. Keep relevant structured data consistent with the visible page, but give each proposed addition a concrete purpose. I’d first check whether the content is accessible, useful and eligible for Search. Google’s guidance applies to Google; other discovery services need their own checks.
